The place was clean with a really kind staff from front door to lobby desk to the maids. Everything was great, luxurious and big room with a view. I found the hotel's location awesome, just next door to Central Park and 5th Avenue and the 'Felice' cafe which is part of the restaurant.

The rooms of the hotel were unique and spotless with red wine, an excellent bottle of red wine.

The room had a great view! Plus, there's a cozy restaurant right here for breakfast or lunch 🍳🥪.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The hotel is in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff here were outstanding, providing us with quality service from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the room amenities, including the free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining table was a nice touch and the turndown service with bottled water and chocolates was a pleasant surprise.

I was very satisfied with this hotel and I'll come back here. best? Location. It's a small boutique hotel with good service. The staff is very attentive and tries to please you as much as possible. room's pretty good. bed. pillows, sheets, mattress very good, shower in the bathroom is fantastic. They offer free bottled water in the room and in the evening you get a turn down bed. In the morning you have the newspaper ( NY Times ) for free. On the mezzanine level there is free coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. We were very satisfied.

1) Towards the back of the hotel they are demolishing some old buildings and there is noise in the morning. It's not the hotel's fault but the noise is annoying in the morning. It's advisable to ask for rooms facing the front of the hotel.. 2) As I said on the mezzanine level there is free coffee from 6:30 AM. The bad thing is that the milk they offer is cold. It wouldn't cost anything to have it hot in a thermos flask.

Rooms here are unexpectedly roomy, and the staff members are friendly and accommodating.

Location is very good! It is closed to MOMA, and very convenient to do shopping in midtown and on Madison ave. The staffs are nice and I liked the room with contemporary decor.

Chambers Hotel has a friendly, knowledgeable staff. Loved the design of the hotel, and the quotes painted on the hallway walls were a fun, unique touch. Definitely didn't feel like "any old" hotel like the cookie-cutter chains. Perfect if you're looking for a boutique hotel experience in Midtown -- and the price is the icing on the cake.

The bathroom was well-appointed with a rain showerhead and great water pressure, but be forewarned there is no semblance of privacy (one bathroom wall is translucent, there is no exhaust fan, and the bathroom door is mere steps from the bed/sitting area). If you're not on very intimate terms with your travel companion(s) or just shy, might want to stay elsewhere!
